Styles and System
We are often asked what style of martial arts we teach at FMA. Whilst qualified to teach a variety of specific styles including kickboxing, jiu jitsu, catch wrestling, MMA and real combat systems, we choose rather to teach a way or a philosophy best described as Martial Arts Concepts. Martial Arts Concepts is an open philosophy of training with a Black Belt attitude and white belt mindset in any physical pursuits and martial arts styles that improves your health and fitness, self defence ability, or character and mental strength. Whilst the core of the system is, and will always be real self defence, the health and fitness and character building aspects are truly profound.
